Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collections:

  • Dresses
  • Knits & Sweatshirts
  • Pants & Jumpsuits
  • Skirts & Shorts

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear if tags have been removed or hygiene liner compromised
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • A prepaid return label (for US customers)
  • International return address details
  • Customs documentation requirements

Please repackage items securely in their original packaging with all tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving and inspecting your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Your replacement item will ship within 1-2 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

International Returns
